Rinner and employees Shanna Keefer and Marcia Poland. Most work is directly performed by Helene, as a CPA. However, Shanna has joined the firm as a para-professional working part-time to assist with many basic accounting and tax functions, as well as administrative services, and Marcia works part-time during tax season to prepare personal tax returns. Steve owns and operates GLH Home Inspections, Ltd. They support the community by involving themselves with the public and parochial schools, the Norwalk Area Chamber of Commerce, various civic organization activities, and organized activities of the Norwalk Rec Center. Helene's professional organization memberships consist of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).

Shanna is a resident of Norwalk and a graduate of Willard High School. Shanna and her husband Ty have 3 children. They support the community by involving themselves with the public schools, and various civic organization activities.

Marcia is a resident of Huron, and a graduate of Norwalk St. Paul High School. Marcia and her husband Ron have 1 child. They support the Norwalk and Huron communities by involving themselves with the public and parochial schools.
